I have recently done an e.l.f haul, I purchased my e.l.f products directly off their website eyeslipsface.com as I found they had the biggest range, and also had a 50% off promotion. They don't ship directly to New Zealand so I had to use YouShop to get the package forwarded on. My haul came to a total of $36USD after the discount was applied. The cost of forwarding my package was $45.75NZD, so more than the products were worth! I wasn't too impressed by that, but I had paid for the products, so I wasn't going to let NZ Post keep them!

Now onto the products, some swatches, and my thoughts on them.

EYES
I purchased two colours from this range, Toast, a glittery gold, and Party, a glittery black.
I love the colours, but the consistency is just plain weird. I found them impossible to apply with a brush, it is so thick and goopy the brush just pushed it around, and you get barely any out of the container. The only way I could apply this was with my finger. Once you get past the no brush issue, they are quite a nice shadow. The colour is very pigmented, and very glittery. The are long-wear as they state on the packaging, I also didn't notice any creasing on my lids.
They retail at $3USD each.

Studio Exact Lash Mascara
This is a very cool little mascara. It has a very small brush that I find great for my lower lashes and those difficult to reach lashes on the top. The formula is nice and black, but it can be a little bit clumpy, but that's no big deal when you are using it on your bottom lashes as you can just pick off the little clumps. I find it takes longer to dry that most of my other mascaras, but this isn't an issue, unless you are a "I just put mascara on, so I'm going to sneeze" type of person like me.
It retails for $3USD.

LIPS
Mineral Lipstick
I purchased a mineral lipstick after seeing a Shaaanxo review on them. I purchased the colour Natural Nymph, as she said it was a nice, natural nude. The formulation feels creamy on my lips, but makes them look dry. I think the colour is closer to a concealer colour than a "natural nude". I'm not a huge fan of this lipstick, it just doesn't work for me.
This lipstick was $6USD
Studio Lip Primer & Plumper
I have such a strong hatred for this. It was just plain awful.
The Primer, I'm not even 100% sure what the point of it is. I assume it's to prime your lips before you apply lipstick to make it last longer (please correct me if I am wrong). If that's the idea of it, then it in no way works. I put a very light coat of this on before my lipstick, it wouldn't dry, so on the lipstick went, and the primer just mixed with the lipstick to make a very awful lipstick mixed with concealer look.
The Plumper, This was just as unpleasant. It smelt like someone had thrown a cinnamon bomb in my face, and oh my lord did it burn! My lips stayed small, got very red, and burnt like nothing I have experienced before.
$3USD for this was a waste.

FACE
Mineral Face Primer
This is a silicone based primer, designed to fill in fine lines before you put your foundation on, also to make your foundation last longer.
I found it filled in the lines on my forehead, I have always had trouble with my fuller coverage foundations sitting in my wrinkles, and it looked awful. This wasn't any good around my eyes though, as my eyes are too sensitive for the silicone. My foundation glided on a lot smoother than if I hadn't used anything as a base.
It comes in an easy to use pump bottle, three to four pumps usually covered my whole face. The bottle is quite weighty and you can't see how much product is left, because of the weight it feels like you have a lot of product left, when in actual fact, it's almost empty. My advice is to buy two bottles of this the first time you buy it, so when you do run out, you aren't left with nothing while you wait for you next one to arrive in the mail.

Studio BB Cream - SPF 20
This is one of the better BB creams I have purchased. It is nice and moisturising, and the coverage is light.
I find it is great for smoothing out your skin tone on those days you can't be bothered with a full make up look. I find for me, a primer is still needed, because it can sit in your pores a little bit.
They have completely messed up with the packaging though. It is a squeezey tube, with a pump. I don't know about anyone else but I just can't get this to work very well. I can't get the product in the right spot to get the pump to pick it up.
This product is $6USD
Studio Corrective Concealer
You get four different coloured concealers with this.
Yellow, for correcting dark under eye circles.
Blue, to neutralize orange and brown spots.
Green, to counteract red spots.
Pink, for correcting dark circles that have a blue hue to them.
I bought this for the green concealer because I have red spots on my face that show through my foundation.
I found this quite difficult to move with my concealer brush, so had to use my fingers. I have to use a large amount for this to have any affect, and when I put my foundation on top I have to do so very gently or it just rubs off. This does conceal my red spots, if I do all of the above, but I find it is too much hassle, so don't bother with it.
This isn't something I will repurchase but I will use it when I find I really need it.
This was $3USD.
Studio Bronzer
I purchased this in the colour Golden. I'm not a huge fan of this, but it would be great for a beginner. The colour pay off is pretty bad really, you need a lot of product to get any sort of bronzed look. It is very chalky, and there is a lot of fallout. I still use this every time I do my make up, but I'm not to eager to repurchase.
This retailed at $3USD

Studio Blush
I purchased four blushes from e.l.f.
I purchased Melow Mauve, Candid Coral, Fuchsia Fusion, and Pink Passion.
They are very pigmented, but again like the bronzer, are chalky. I find once applied with a blush brush they look fine. They go on very smoothly, and blend out easily.
I love the window on the packaging, so you can easily see what colour you want. Although the downside of the window, is if left in the sun, the brighter colours do fade in a small strip.
These were $3USD each.

Studio Baked Highlighter
I'm iffy on this product.
This is completely useless in spots where you have large pores, or fine lines, it just sits in them.
If you can put this product on a super smooth piece of skin, it looks wonderful.
I find if I use a brush, I get hardly any product, and it doesn't do anything. I use my finger to apply, and get a nice subtle glow. You could also apply this straight from the packaging if you wanted to, because the product is a dome shape.

Pink Diamonds |
I bought this because I heard so many good things about finishing sprays.
It is designed to set your make up after you have applied everything.
I'm not sure if this product makes any difference as to how long my make up stays on, but it doesn't make it any worse.
It is nice and refreshing when first sprayed on.
The spray is quite intense, so don't hold the bottle to close to your face when you spray it.
I'm unsure if I like this, because I haven't noticed the benefits.

Studio Makeup Remover Cleansing Cloths
These are great for quick make up removal.
They are soft, and well moisturised.
These remove stubborn make up with ease.
The packaging is great, they have a solid, clip down lid. This prevents the cloths from drying out.
I do find these to harsh for my eyes, so would recommend using a gentle eye make up remover to remove all eye make up separately.
They are $3USD for a pack of 20 cloths.

BRUSH CLEANSERS
Daily Brush Cleaner
Simple and effective.
I use this to do a quick clean on my brushes after each use.
I simple spray it onto my brush and use a tissue to give them a quick rub down.
My only issue is that the packaging is the same and the Makeup Mist & Set, which if you are in a hurry, would get really easy to mix the two up and end up spraying your face with brush cleaner.
This is $3USD
Studio Brush Shampoo
I use this every one to two weeks to give my brushes a deep clean.
This works great, I rub the shampoo through them, and then rinse them under the tap.
Once I leave them to dry, they look like brand new brushes. They also get there density back.
This so great for the price.

I love the packaging of the e.l.f products, it is simple, and well made.
